About Screen Printing?

Screen printing in the ultimate process in printing garments when compared to heat transfer or digital printing.

With screen printing, you get optimum quality print, with great washing results, longevity of print (that won't fade or crack for many years to come). Screen printing also offers you sharp and crisp print quality without the 'square background'  often associated with transfer printing.

To print in multi-colour  onto your t-shirts, you simply import image into your favorite graphics
program (e.g. CorelDraw, PhotoShop etc) and separate colours. You then create the number
of screen required (eg. for two colour print - you will require 2 screen to be made and for full colour
such as the 'Iron Maiden' t-shirt example on the right, you will require four screen on light garments
and five screen for dark garments (Process Yellow, Cyan, Magenta and Black - just like the
colours used in your inkjet printer).

It's easy to Screen Print!

Screens of varying sizes can easily be purchased 'off the shelf' (Actual physical size of screen and mesh).
The screen is available in various mesh counts depending on whether you require a very fine print or not.
